Age: appears in his twenties: no canon age is ever stated, but dialogue hints put him likely at between 60-70: he's most likely in the 60-65 range.

Zodiac sign: Taurus
Height: 6'1"/185 cm. (in his bare feet: his boots have two-inch heels, so 6'3" or so with his boots on)
Weight: 161 lbs./73 kg.
Build: Tall and thin, but not frail-looking: he's more wiry and toned.
Appearance: Tall, thin, and pale, with waist-length black hair and red eyes. Very attractive, with a very beautiful face: his beauty was even commented on by another character while he was being batshit insane. Very confusingly pretty. Tends to dress in very revealing clothing. Not very emotionally expressive. Tends to carry himself in an aloof, controlled fashion and in such a manner that it's clear he knows he's attractive.
Body hair: None: he doesn't grow any.
Scent: Faintly like cherries, clove, and blood.
Clothes: He dresses in all black, no matter what he's wearing. His canon outfit is the remnants of his Holy Knight outfit, which basically amount to a halter top with sleeves and an ankle-length skirt, with fingerless asymmetric gloves (one glove is short while the other is an opera-length glove), heeled black boots (two-inch heels), and a collar around his neck. When he's not wearing that specific outfit, he's basically wearing something very very similar: he's probably going to add a long black coat for winter that covers him from neck to ankle (...but still wear the same clothes underneath). In short: he dresses like a gothy lady stripper.
Scars: Some small, thin ones, from when he was still human.
Piercings: No.
Tattoos: Red runic markings all over his body. This is fanart but it gives a good idea of what they look like. However, since they only show in canon when a specific move is used - Testament's Burst move- and not even in any official art, it's something that only shows under very specific circumstances/very specific power use.
Other bodily markings: Canon isn't clear on its location, but Testament has a Gear Mark somewhere on his body: I headcanon that it's on the back of his neck, hidden by his collar.
Other notable physical details: His eyes were green when he first came to Ariel due to his Gear cells and nature being suppressed, but now that he's begun to get his powers back, they've gone back to their normal color. His voice has also regained the strange reverb it had.
Testament is also not modest in body language, either standing or sitting: it's worse when he's sitting because he doesn't always remember to or especially care about sitting properly in a skirt, and doesn't care about giving people eyefuls/the wrong idea. The way he stands is also notable because he usually stands with his toes pointed out, almost like he's in a ballet stance or something.

Residence: Apartment Building #4, apartment 2. Very spotless, very stark: he hasn't done anything to the apartment with personal touches and doesn't intend to. Owns a little black kitten who has clawed up all the furniture. He's also boobytrapped the windows.
Occupation: Grumpy recluse and library page.
Vices of choice: Occasionally drinks: usually favors kirschwasser when he does.
Hygienic routine: Testament takes a lot of showers: at least morning and night, and after sex. Mostly cold water: he's used to cold water in general.
Other daily habits: He wakes early no matter what time he goes to sleep the night before, takes walks alone and tries to stick to more deserted areas of the city as well as the parks or botanical gardens. Spends a lot of time at the library outside of work hours.
Spoken language(s): English, German (he speaks Swiss dialects of it, specifically High Alemannic German and Swiss Standard German), French, Italian for fluency: he knows patchwork of a bunch of others, at least enough to be able to tell trespassers to get out right the hell now or else.. Notably cannot speak Japanese and only has the vaguest sense of what it even sounds like given the state of Japan in his canon.
Voice: Quiet, not emotionally expressive, and deep: he's very noticeably masculine-sounding, in contrast with his appearance.
Here, from the Side Black drama CD (in Japanese): he's the higher-pitched of the two and the one not voiced by Norio Wakamoto, also the one who talks about half as much.
Sexual preference: Bisexual: he's about a 3 on the Kinsey Scale, evenly attracted to men, women, and those in between. He was bisexual before, so that didn't change, but completely celibate and with such a low sex drive as to be almost, but not quite, asexual.
Cup size/Penis size: a little longer than average, maybe around 7", but slender.
Pubic area: Hairless here too (naturally so). He also tucks.
Circumcised?: No.
Underwear: Black thong. Black leather thong, specifically. Thank you, canon, for answering this for me.
Sleepwear: In Ariel, he sleeps either naked or in his underwear. Mostly naked.
What was their first time like?: His very first time ever was in Ariel after being sent to reeducation for the first time. It's not exactly something he remembers fondly.
Best sexual experience: Either of the two times he's slept with Tybalt. Or Sol while they were both in re-ed.
Worst sexual experience: tie between I-No in geas event or Jaibriol in reeducation, or really anything ever with either of those two. Also Belial.
Partner(s): He doesn't really have any regular partners, though he tends to repeat: he's slept with Tybalt twice and tolerates him well enough ("like" is too strong a word), slept with I-No twice and hates her (though he hated her before Ariel for throwing his ward 20,000 feet off an airship just for fun), slept with Jaibriol twice and the only thing he regrets about the man leaving is that he didn't get to throw him through a wall.
